Currently the spa is temporarily closed under the NYS Governors COVID-19 orders. We are unsure at this time when we will be reopening.

We still have our appointment requests available but will possibly need to cancel or reschedule the appointments to a later date depending on when we are able to reopen. 

Please note that we are located inside The Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley!

Unfortunately our FREE valet parking will be temporarily discontinued during the COVID-19 pandemic, hopefully to be resumed soon!


To ensure prompt service appointments are always desirable but " walk-ins" are gladly accepted based on availability.

You will be expected to wear a mask, sanitize your hands and have a temperature check.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment especially if this is your first time to visit us. All services are provided by NY State Licensed, experienced, caring professionals.

We accept Wellness Cards from Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Independent Health for Massage Therapy.

To our Canadian Clients: All of our Massage Therapists are licensed by NYS, we can provide you with a receipt with the LMT's License# (US equivalent to an RMT).

Please call (716) 699 8996 or simply fill out an appointment request to reserve a service(s) or book a package. We ask that you provide a credit card number or gift card number to hold your reservation.

 

 

Eyelash Extensions

Xtreme Lashes® are the industry leader in semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
They are applied by a Certified Lash Stylist directly to the individual natural lashes one at a time. As your natural lashes shed and new lashes grow follow up appointments or a "re-lash" is recommended every 2 to 4 weeks to maintain a full and natural look.

Service Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have relaxed our cancellation policy. If we cancel your appointment, of course,  you will not be charged. We will confirm your appointment the day before by text or call. If for any reason you are ill and unable to come after your appointment is confirmed please make sure you still notify us asap.

In order to accommodate everyone fairly, it is essential to provide 24hrs notice of cancellation of a single service and 48 hours notice of cancellation for multiple services or packages. Large groups of 3 or more require 72hrs notice. "No shows" will be charged in full unless the entire appointment time can be filled, in which case, you will not be charged. Late/same day cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $30 per individual service.
